I was so excited to have my hair done with 2 small kids I didn’t have time for myself but my experience was just horrible. First my hair done woman she was probably new there, she should make a balayage for me that turn with yellow patches. When she washed my hair she washed them like clothes or what that she tangled it all together and they were trying to comb for 2 HOURS! I was in tears as I was afraid they are going to pull out all of my hairs. Blow dry and cut was fine. Never again :😭😭
