Prebooked on Treatwell for 1pm. Eventually they wash my hair at 1:40pm. I then sit in a chair for 30 mins, with wet hair, getting cold. Eventually a stylist wanders over and scrapes my scalp raw with her comb. She didn't ask me where I part my hair, and after showing her to make sure the face-framing hair will be cut correctly she proceeds to give me a middle-part cut. I've had my hair cut here before and it's usually a little rough but this left me wondering if I was being pranked.

Excellent job, everything's perfect, very professional and clean. I had an haircut and the hairdresser understood perfectly what I was looking for. I really recommend it!
