Simona was really attentive and my hair is fab, I really love it and I will definitely go back. A few of drawbacks were that I was waiting for about a half hour to be seen after my appointment time, Simona had to GHD another woman’s hair in the middle of doing mine and the salon is SO stiflingly hot I thought I was going to pass out at one point (she did get me a drink though, so kind!). If the salon had a few fans it would have full marks!
