I had previously gone for toner, cut & blow dry in December. But 3 months later, v bad experience with the manager, Tom. He was persistent that I needed a full permanent colour, even though that’s not what I wanted & showed him the photos from my last visit. He changed the price from my prepaid €57 (for long hair), to €75 then he changed his mind again and said €85? After back an forth I refused to accept full dye, so they said they would do toner. After cut, he charged me extra €18

I wasnt happy i asked for a curly blow dry my hair was blow dried straight and then a hair straightener was used to curl my hair, i was also under the impression that i was over charged as I paid €35 for my hair to just be curled with a straightner!
