Disappointed - my second time here, my first experience w/ Tom was great. I got another stylist for the cut but there was some disconnect on what she understood vs what I was asking for. Requested a straight cut w/ shape at the bottom & curtain bangs, but ended up with a layered hairstyle and side bangs. I also asked if i can use a comb to show where my hair direction should be, but she said she’ll take care of it and do it later. At the end all she said was “oh my god” when it wasnt correct.
