Bridgette just knows the colour that suits you! I wanted a nude and picked out one I thought suited but she guided me to a better colour that I have marked to use again and again! It’s always such a treat to get my nails done with Bridgette ☺️ She pays such great attention to her work and is just a fantastic person to have a chat with ☺️

Shellac quality is OK, it came out a bit see thru, perhaps another layer of colour would have helped. But all in all not bad.
With regards to customer service, this is something that could use improvement (and looking at some of the previous reviews now it seems to be a recurring theme).
The lady (I'm assuming the business owner) was on the phone when I walked in. I asked if there was any availability for shellac and she said yes and handed me the colour palette. She continued to chat to her friend casually as I sat down to pick colours and for a good few minutes after that while she started to work on my cuticles.
I found it very unprofessional and was at the verge of leaving when she finally hang up. Also a rather weird comment was made about another employee following a question about my country of origin.
Now, I'm normally all for chit chat but it all felt out out place and made feel uncomfortable.
Never leave reviews but knew I had to for this place! Went in to get my nails done for my birthday. They were incredibly accommodating. Dominika was so lovely and kind. She helped me with my coat so I didn’t scratch up my nails afterwards. Very down to earth place which I love. Will definitely be returning and recommending to a friend ❤️
