Time of appointment was changed by salon twice on day of appointment so I had to try to juggle other commitments& rush to be there. I was late for my appointment so therapist had to shorten the massage. This wasn’t explained to me when I arrived. It would have helped if therapist had explained before starting that he would have to rush the massage. While he did do a good deep massage it was not a relaxing experience as it was rushed, frenetic &short and the reason hadn’t been explained

I had no idea as to what a Swedish massage was until after Denys had given me a good pummelling. Which in turn has led me to feel more relaxed in the last few days since.
